Booking Regulations

  • 1. Reservations are accepted by email or through the website. No deposit is required for low-season stays.
  • 2. For other periods, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required. This 30% deposit will be refunded only if the cancellation is made at least 4 weeks prior to arrival, with a 30% retention for handling and processing costs.
  • 3. The deposit must be sent via bank transfer within 3 days of receiving the offer, specifying your personal details and the booked period. Any bank charges will be borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the deposit, a booking confirmation email will be sent.
  • 4. In case of early departure, payment is due for the entire period booked.
  • 5. Management reserves the right, if necessary, to change the assigned pitch number.
  • 6. Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of the booking conditions.
  • 7. Prices are subject to change in the event of tax changes.
